PEEF Scholarships Master Level 2017-2018 through Endowment Fund for more then 12000 Masters progrms students announced. PEEF offering master’s level scholarships for students 2017-18 announced for all Pakistan Universities students. Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has allocated twenty percent of its annual scholarship quota for Master’s Level Education.

These scholarships by PEEF are granted to the brilliant as well as deserving aspirants registered in the Partner Universities or the government postgraduate colleges across the province.

PEEF Scholarships 2018 For Master Level Application Form Last Date

PEEF has allocated 20% of its annual scholarship quota for Master Level Education. These scholarships are awarded to talented and deserving students enrolled in Partner Universities / Govt. Post graduate colleges of the Punjab. In order to be considered eligible for PEEF Master level scholarships; the student must fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

The interested aspirants must have:

  • Punjab domicile
  • Obtained 60 percent marks or a minimum CGPA 2.5 in BA/ BSC/ B.COM/ BS/ BBA annual exams held in 2015, 2016 or 2017 in Punjab
  • Got admission as a full time aspirant in the present academic year (2017-18) in one of the partner varsity or government postgraduate college.
  • Aspirants registered in spring/fall semester (where appropriate) and morning/ afternoon / evening sessions (where appropriate) are also eligible to apply for PEEF Master’s level scholarships.
  • Stated monthly income of parents is equal to or less than Rs. 30,000/-
  • Children of Govt. employees in BPS 1-4 are exempted from condition of income, if salary is only source of income
  • The students not availing any other educational scholarship during the present academic year
  • In addition to fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, the interested candidates must qualify the merit as well as need criteria of the respective Varsity or Government Postgraduate College.

Following aspirants are ineligible for PEEF Masters level Scholarships:

  • Aspirants who have already passed their M.A, M.Sc, M.S, M.PHIL etc. degree.
  • The marks improves or the aspirants who have passed their exams in supplementary session.
  • Those aspirants who have passed the above mentioned exams along with grace marks.


  1. PEEF has allocated scholarship quotas to all the partner Universities / Govt. Post Graduate Colleges.
  2. The partner Universities / Govt. Post Graduate Colleges invites applications from the eligible students on prescribed forms at the time of admissions.
  3. With the announcement of the scholarships, the forms are made available by the university / Govt. Post Graduate Colleges.


Following monthly scholarship stipend rates are admissible for the year 2016-17.

a. PEEF will reimburse tuition fee

b. PEEF will also pay scholarship stipend to the selected scholars at the following rates:

         – Day scholar Rs. 3,000/- per month.
– Boarder Rs. 5,000/- per month.
– Payment of Tuition Fees 100% (As per terms of PEEF Master level scholarship policy)

  • PEEF scholarship stipends are disbursed on bi annual basis.
  • The calculation of tuition fee is made on the basis of information provided by the Partner University / Govt. Post Graduate College.
  • The next scholarship installment will only be released on the basis of acknowledgement of the previous scholarship stipend and satisfactory academic performance assessment report submitted by the university / Govt. Post Graduate College.


PEEF scholarships are awarded till the completion of the degree course the student is enrolled. However, if the student fails to maintain the required / satisfactory academic performance level, or is involved in any non-disciplinary act; the University/ Govt. Post Graduate College and or the PEEF, reserve the right to cancel the scholarship award.

The PEEF grants are given to the aspirants till the completion of the degree the aspirant is enrolled. Though, if an aspirant fails to maintain the needed academic performance level or is involved in any non-disciplinary performance; the varsity or the college or PEEF, reserve the right to cancel the scholarship grant.
