This notification will apply on all private and Government educational institute School, Colleges and Universities. Sindh School, Collages, Universities issued winter holidays from 24 December 2016 to 3rd January 2017.
Sindh Government Ministry of Education issued this winter holiday notification on all important Sindh Government departments such as, The Principal Secretary to Governor Sindh, The principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sindh, The Deput Secretary Staff to Chief Secretary Sindh, The PS to Senior Minister for education and literacy Department Karachi, The Director General colleges Sindh Karachi with the request to circulate in all educational institutes for implementation.

Dry winter weather is starting on 20th of December 2016 and usually same weather condition will continue till mid of January. Last year due to terrorist threat all schools were closed till 12 January 2017.
