According to the recruitment Policy 2017-18, the complete schedule is as:

  • Investigating of Advertisement 03-10-2017.
  • Publish of Advertisement in all National Newspapers 20-10-2017.
  • Submission of Applications Last Date is 21-11-2017.
  • Inspection of Application and Verification of all Data 1-11-16 to 10-12-17.
  • Mention of Pre-Interview Merit Lists by EDO -(Education) and DMO 1-11-17 to 10-12-17.
  • First Display of Pre-Interview Merit List 11-12-17.

Then after Objections and Decisions on application mentioned 12-12-17 to 16-12-2017.

  • Interviews of Candidates conducted 19-12-17 to 27-12-17.
  • Receiving of Options Schools for Posting (during interviews) 19-12-17 to 27-12-17.

The final merit lists will be displayed by District recruitment Committee on 14th January, 2018 and letters of agreement will be issued from 15th to 25th January, 2018.

The selected educators will be required to attend their schools from 15th to 31st January, 2018.

The selected educators will be given induction training of one month from 15th February to 15th March, 2018.

Final Merit Calculation formula for Educators

1. 20% of NTS  – e.g. you got 70/100 = 20% of 70% = 14

2. 13% Matric – e.g. Marks 700/850 = 13% of 82.35% = 10.70

3. 15% Inter – e.g. Marks 900/1100 = 15% of 81.81% = 12.27

4. 15% Graduation – e.g. Marks 550/800 = 15% of 68.75 = 10.31

5. 15% of Master – e.g. Marks 2800/3600 = 15% 77.77% = 11.66

6. Professional 5% of Marks 300/400 = 5% of 75% = 3.75

7. Local Residence ‘in Village’ = 12 & ‘in Union council’ = 8

8. Interview depend on the candidate (out of 5 Marks) = 3

Merit Calculation will make on Marks, not on CGPA.

Union Councils Info:

For City:
If you are in ward & School (seat) also in your ward so you will be getting 12 marks. If school seat not in ward but in Union council so you will get 8 marks.

For Village:
If you are in Mouza & School (seat) also in your Mouza (village) so you will get 12 marks. If school seat not in Mouza but in Union council so you will get 8 marks.
